We're excited to announce the launch of the Encantame HOA Portal — a new online platform designed to make managing your property and staying connected with the HOA easier than ever.
The portal is now live at www.encantamehoa.com and will serve as the central hub for all HOA communications, documents, and services going forward.
What You Can Do on the Portal
Announcements & Communications
Stay up to date with the latest HOA news, building updates, and important notices — all in one place.
Documents & CC&Rs
Access governing documents, CC&Rs, meeting minutes, and more. You can even ask questions about the CC&Rs using our built-in AI assistant, which will find answers directly from the official documents.
Dues & Payments
View your current balance, payment history, and upcoming dues. See exactly what you owe and when.
Insurance (COI)
Upload your Certificate of Insurance directly through the portal. Our system will automatically read and verify your policy details — no more emailing PDFs back and forth.
Rental Pool
If your unit participates in the rental pool, you can view rental activity, update your “owner direct” booking options and more.
Community Events
See upcoming events, view details, and RSVP — all from your dashboard.
Visitor Access
Notify security about visitor access for your guests, contractors, deliveries, etc to enter the property.
Pet Registry
Register your pets with the HOA to keep building records current.
Contact & Concerns
Submit questions, requests, or general concerns directly to the HOA administration through the portal.
What Happens Next
In the coming days, you will receive a Welcome Email from no-reply@encantamehoa.com with your personal login credentials, including:
Your login email (the email address we have on file for you)
A temporary password
When you log in for the first time, you will be asked to:
Change your temporary password to something secure and personal
Complete your profile — verify your phone number, mailing address, and optionally upload a profile photo
Review co-owner information (if applicable) to make sure all owners on your unit are accounted for
Optionally set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for added security — available via text message, authenticator app, or email
Important Things to Watch For
Check your spam/junk folder — The welcome email will come from no-reply@encantamehoa.com. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder and mark it as "Not Spam" so future communications arrive properly.
Do not share your temporary password — Your login credentials are personal and should not be shared. Each owner receives their own account.
Change your password promptly — The temporary password is meant for first-time login only. You'll be prompted to set a new password immediately.
Keep your contact information current — Accurate email and phone numbers ensure you receive important HOA notices. You can update your contact info anytime through the portal under your profile settings (in the upper right corner).
Notification Preferences
Once logged in, you can customize how you receive notifications. The portal supports both email and SMS notifications, and you can choose which categories you'd like to be notified about (announcements, billing, insurance, events, and more) in your profile settings.
